Saving router's config for use as an emulator

I was trying to save this modem's GUI for use as an emulator for offline use/reference (something like this http://ui.linksys.com/), but for some reason any app I try it doesn't work properly. I've tried HTTrack, WebZip, and Surfoffline. All of which worked fine for my Netgear router; but when I try it on this modem nothing works. It'll get the main landing page up no problem, but once I click a link - it doesn't load the page. Is there another alternative?
