My mother board says it has "4 x SATA2 300" Does that mean if I want my hard drvie to be SATA, that it needs to be SATA2? or can I run a SATA 150 on it? Cuz all the SATA2 HDs I can find are only 80 gigs, and I want a little more than that.

Nope, it's compatible either way. It'll work with the older 150-mbps drives as well as the newer 300 mbps drives, and support NCQ.

Check Zipzoomfly.com They should have all the SATA II Hitachis. 80-160 and 250 gig drives.
