SATA RAID Controller Card Recommendations?

I'm in the market for a SATA controller/RAID card. I've the following requirements:

PCI, PCI-X (Backwards compat), or PCIe (x1) interface
At least 6 ports, prefered 8-10
Online Capacity Expansion
RAID level 5 support
Drive Activity LEDS (To work with my Supermicro SATA cage)

There's also a few features out there I'd LIKE it to have, but are not required:
Nifty XOR chip to offset CPU overhead associated with RAID setups
Bootable Array support
Hot-Spare support
RAID level 6 support

I'll be purchasing another 320GB SATA drive to go with the two I have, and the three will be set up in a RAID-5 array. As I go along, I'll be adding more drives to the array, thus the need for online capacity expansion. The data contained on the drives are 6-8GB .ISO files, accessed very seldomly, if it matters. The card will be going in a BFG nForce4 motherboard, which does NOT have a PCI-X slot, but does have regular PCI and a spare PCIe x1 slot... Not that I've noticed a lot of x1 anythings out there. Money's kinda tight, and used items are an option (Forum trades/eBay/etc). Help me out?
 
If the files are going to be seldomly accessed they it's probably not worth wasting money on a card with hardware XOR. I'd say get one of the software based cards with the features you're looking for.

Your motherboard might even have a capable SATA Raid controller on it. Outside of that I'd get the cheapest card I could find with as many SATA ports as possible that still does what you want.

i dont mean to hijack, but i'm also looking for a raid 5 card to use with 6 drives. my computer has tons of processing power, but i dont want to use unnecessary cycles, but i really want to save money. the files probably will not be accessed all THAT much, so an xor processor isnt really necessary for me? the primary use for my array will be storage for a mythtv box. thanks for any info.
