Sata Question

I have two seagates 250 satas as backup drives 'single drive's' on my Abit Max3 board in the sil3114 controller now i wanna know if i can just plug them up to my new motherboard without losing any data on Asus a8n prem sil3114. :confused:

If they aren't RAIDed in any way, then yes they will work on any sata ports.
