Sata II data Cables?

Ok So I feel dumb asking this as I am pretty sure there is little or no diff from normal Sata data cable, But I just saw this tonight and I cant find much if any info on it.

So the question is. Is there any advantage to using a SATA II cable over the normal red ones that shipped with the MOBO?

I am pretty sure there is none but figured if I was going to being installing this HD of mine soon I should probally ask.

The only difference is that the SATA II cables have a clip to help hold them in place.
 
Ok thanks that is all I could see diffent about them as well. Thanks for clearing this up for me .
 
There are no SATA2 cables. There are not even specifications for them, since they are identical to SATA cables. It's all snakeoil marketing.
