Hi Guys,

I just purchased a 120GB Seagate Barracuda SATA, and am going to be using it as my primary drive, my question is, if i put my 80GB IDE drive in there with it, will it slow the SATA down? I'm using the SATA for OS/Apps the 80-IDE is pure storage.

Would the 80IDE slow down the apps/os on the SATA, or would it simply not effect it?
