sata/ide hotswaps

I been looking around and just need to info.

Basicly I'm either looking for a very good sata hotswap, or if there are such things sata/ide hotswap, probably hopfull wishing that I could find a unit to do both, what do you think... what have you used that seems to work best for you?


also, winxp seems to suck for hotswaps , I cant get it to read the drive unless I reboot, Win2k never had this problem.
