If you're asking if you can hook both of them up to the mobo, yes if you have the slots. If you're talking about putting an add-in card on your mobo, yes. Pretty much if you have the connections you can do it and there are even converters for it.
Doing raid between them, yes in software raid, hardware raid depends on mobo but i would advise against that, but i think it is possible with some mobos to do that.
