Sata drives dying?

I recently bought a SSD and wanted to compare its performance to my other drives so I installed a utility called HD Tune Pro (wonderful tool btw). Running some tests on all my drives I noticed that 2 of my SATA drives are having some issues. Here's a screenshot:

Notice the 2 yellow hi-lighted lines. My drives are about 3 years old, 500GB each. I recently re-formatted both of them. What are these errors, and should I be concerned? Assuming it's serious, is there anything I can do to fix them? Should I avoid writing to them until I do?

The first ReallocatedSectorsCount that the drive during its lifetime found that 8 sectors were hard to read and it reallocated them with new sectors from its spare pool. 8 sectors is a low amount so I generally would not worry much about that unless it grows daily or weekly.

Remember a drive can die at any time from before it gets to your door to its 5 year expected lifetime and beyond.
 
So nothing to be concerned with? Good news, thanks. Is there anything I can do to fix 'em up? Or is this simply a part of the aging process?
 
The spin retry count is more of a concern, unfortunately you don't have a historical reference for the time frame. This could be a drive with a motor problem, or a bad power connection.
 
hmmm...that is the error that both my 500gb drives have in common. The exact same numbers too, 100/100, 97 threshold.
