Anyone knows where I can download it from? This one should have came on a floppy with the motherboard but I can't find it..

You'll probably need to download it from the motherboard manafacturer and put it on a floppy. Just check out the support page of whoever your mobo manafacturer is and you should be able to find it there.
 
Are you running these drives in a RAID array?

If yes, then go to the motherboard maker's website.
If no, then you don't need any drivers at all.
