Ok, so my computer has been giving me headaches all weekend. I got a new WD raptor which is SATA and I also have another IDE drive, also by WD. Anyway, I had the most trouble getting my computer to boot up to the SATA drive and not the IDE one. I eventually figured out that I needed to flash my BIOS (Abit IS7 mobo) so I did that. For some reason I still cant figure out how to make the SATA drive master and the other one slave. I set the jumper on the IDE drive as slave, went into BIOS and set Hard Drive boot priority to have the SATA drive as the first one. Its still having issues. What should I look for? Has anyone else used a SATA drive with this mobo?

Also, has anyone else noticed that Western Digitals website is crap? Half the time I got errors and its hard to find anything. The entire knowledge base was down. Very unprofessional for such a prominant company.
