The same removable drive bays that work for SATA will work for SATAII. Both use the same cabling scheme so, its not like you're going to lose any speed. Anyway, SATA2 drives, SATA drives, and IDE drives all unfortunately use nowhere near their theoretical bandwidth. I wouldn't worry about losing the bandwidth from a using a SATA enclosure.
