SATA 1.5 enhanced when?

After SATA 1.0, there is supposedly 1.5 - then 1.5 "Enhanced" - then 2.0 or 3.0

Starting with 1.5 Enhanced, Serial ATA gets native queueing similar to SCSI (along with a speed boost of course). This is what I've read - don't remember the source.

Can anyone tell me when this is supposedly all coming out? I'm happy with my SCSI for now, but the price of SATA drives and native RAID 0 support in chipsets is certainly enticing.

I want to jump on the bandwagon at SATA 1.5 enhanced. I just need a due date!

SATA already supports TCQ. Its just that not current native SATA hardrive does.

With the next generation of SATA TCQ support will not be optional as it is now. Devices will be required to support it.
