Wasn't sure whether to post here or the motherboard forum.

The parts I have:
i5-2500k with asrock z68 mobo (one PCI-E x16 slot)
Radeon HD6950 2gb video card
LSI SAS3081E-R PCI-E card
five 1TB SAS enterprise drives

If I get a new motherboard with 2 PCI-E slots will I be able to still run my video card at x16 or will the 2nd card cause both to run both at x8?
Are there any 1155 motherboards that support one card running at x16 and one at x8?

Not a standard board. However if you get a board with a NF200 chip on it you can have multiple x16 lanes
