I'm currently using a LSI 9207-8i

At some point this year, I will be needing to expand my storage. Adding another LSI 9207-8i is not an option as the only other available PCI-E slots are x1. Is there a similar card, which will function in Win10, and has 16 ports?

So connect a backplane expander instead to expand the number of devices. Unless you are saying you are running 256 drives already.

Can't you use a SAS expander card?
they don't need to be attached to a motherboard, sometimes just a riser for power. I read an article showing how to use an empty case for more storage using a SAS expander and all the expander needed was power.
