Sapphire Tech x600 xt blue screening

So, I've got a x600 xt from Sapphire and I need to get it RMA'd. Their site seems to be down and I can't locate a tech support number anywhere... How can I get this thing warrantied?
 
Yes, no problem accessing the page but try the tech support link. Dead end. Sure, you can click it but all you'll see is a 'blah blah blah 'under construction'' message. And no phone number, at least not that I can find.

I tried emailing the eutechsupport address they have listed (forget the exact spelling) and got no response after 2 weeks.
 
Was there anything in or on the box?
Try and register the card.. you may find some info there too.
 
Good idea, but its an OEM card, so little in the way of manuals... and I believe I threw away whatever I did have. I have registered the card but that didn't open any doors for me either. I'm very upset that sapphire would treat its customers so poorly.
