Do you need a receipt to RMA sapphire cards or do you just need to have the serial number intact and can send it direct to Sapphire like you can with ATI?

I can perhaps get hold of an 9800 XT...
 
When I RMAed my 9700NP, I had to go through the retailer, so yes, I needed a reciept.
