Up to 64GB on chip DDR5 with max theoretical bandwidth of 1840 GB/s.
Can work standalone or with 8 channel DDR 5.
Works with newest optane memory kits
Basically new iteration of the Xeon Phi chips.

While I can see some custom workloads for this on servers. I am personally more interested in a laptop chip with 4-8 GB of HBM and say a 256 GB optane stick in there. Then ditch the traditional storage all together except maybe a 2 channel PCIE5 m.2 for storage.
