Do all of these cards come with Battleforge? Or are there a few that do not? I just received my card in questionable condition and would appreciate a little info from others who own this specific card..
 
My Sapphire one came with codes for both Battleforge and Dirt2, I believe they all should.
 
You bought a new one and didn't get either. Or you bought one second hand and they didn't ship it?

It should state on the site you got it from if it came with the card and on the box also. If it was new and you didn't get it call up sapphire and see what they say.
 
I asked before ordering it and they said it was retail, new. On their site it stated both Battleforge and Dirt2 are included, yet all I received was a code for dirt2. Also, for some strange reason the barcode sticker has been peeled off the box, and poorly. That and the front-of-the-box Battleforge sticker is missing, though no clear signs of it being peeled off.

I asked about it and the condition of the contents and this is the response I got:

This is not the first time we hear about Sapphire's sealing stickers coming
off during transport and handling. However this item, rest assured, was
never opened or tampered with by our staff. This is a brand new unit. In
fact those 5970 are on such shortage that they rarely spend more than an
hour between our warehouse and our shipping department. We are very sorry
about the typo including a battleforge coupon. That error has been corrected
since on our website.

The card that I bought has been on their site for the past 3 weeks, as I frequently asked and they kept saying it was their last one. Not only that, but they also removed the "includes Dirt2 game coupon" from the in box contents listing. Which leads me to believe they'll just be stealing and selling them on ebay or whatnot, since mine included it. For having paid as much as I did ($842 Canadian currency), I really cant believe how sketchy their service is... Even if it's a refurbished unit, how would I ever truly know.
 
Response I just got from SapphireTech:

The newer version does not come with the game that is correct, because the promtion has ended after New Year, so the newer retail package of this card only comes with Dirt2 now, now about the card if its refurbish or brand new, this is something you will need to take it up with your original place of purchase to dispute. But all i can tell you is our cards' color box all come with barcode label corrsponding to the inside card's barcode labels.

Better to not have the game than to worry about the possibility of the GPU being re-sold. Then again, nothing can be truly ruled out.
 
Not to go off topic here, but when I used the key for Battleforge from my first 5970 I was led to believe that it was actually a free game. Should check that out.
