SAPPHIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

hey guys, how is Sapphire Tech's RMA service? I've got a choice of sending the card back to newegg for a refund or sending it to Sapphire. It's a refurb card, so it's either refund or RMA. Does sapphire tech take Refurbs for one, and two, are they fast? If not, i'm sending my X800GTO2 back to newegg.

Definately send it back to Newegg. I've heard that the turnaround for RMA's to Saphire take FOREVER.

yea, i heard a guy get his card back 4 months later, but i thought those might be isolated events?
