Sapphire 9800 Pro, soft-mod or no?

I just bought my Sapphire 9800 Pro a few months ago, and I've read tons of reviews. It seems that pretty much everyone that has this card has the 2.6ns memory and such, and can soft-mod their card. Im planning on getting a new heatsink for my card, and was wondering if it would be worth soft-modding it to an XT. I have a 2.8c@3.16, 1gig PC 3200 Dual Channel Geil Ultra series, and a Gigabyte i875 board(the one w/ the dual-BIOS). So, what do you guys think?

If your card is capable it's worth doing. It take 2 minutes with winflash. The onboard temp diode is nice to have.
