Hey Yall,

I have 2 cards up for sale right now. One is a sapphire reference 7970 and the other is an Asus DC-2 7970. Both cards have been mining for about 1 month at 1100/1825 stable. Both cards are like new and run great. Only reason for selling is I need to get a new laptop for work.

Each card is producing 770 Khs.

Payments accepted

BTC (Preferred)
Google Wallet

Cards will be shipped USPS Priority 2-3 shipping.

Price is $330 Each Shipped to US48.

Do not PM me and offer me a lower price. Only trades I will accept will be a laptop with the equivalent of a Nvidia 750m or higher in it.

Asus Sold *

user cwaffles and i each bought one of the 7970's he had for sale and paid for the cards in full last sunday night (the 12th). we were both told our cards would ship the next day, monday.

monday goes by, no tracking info. i PM'd and e-mailed his google wallet address asking for tracking info, and did not receive a response despite seeing that he had logged in as late as tuesday. i managed to get his phone number and called him, and he said he was out of town and his wife was supposed to have shipped the cards but didn't due to a misunderstanding. i'm assured the cards will go out the next day (friday).

friday comes, no contact or tracking info is provided. saturday arrives and finally he sends each of us a USPS tracking number, but they only indicate a label has been printed and nothing has actually been shipped. i PM him again asking for a refund, and of course, no response.

today, i see him logging in and reading private messages. despite obviously seeing our numerous PM's, again no response is sent out. at this point, i try to call him again at the same number and it has been disconnected.

avoid dealing with this person, and if you see his threads call him out.

here is his OCN account where he is an active user: http://www.overclock.net/classifieds/feedback/index/user_id/159481
swappa profile: http://swappa.com/user/QMT409/profile
ebay account with negative feedback: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...rld=true&rt=nc"]http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...rld=true&rt=nc
steam account (where he's been caught cheating): http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197979405653

as you can see, he's done this many times before. i was able to find what looks like his home address in southern california, but short of paying him a visit i don't know what to do.

You guys really shouldn't of bought from a Lite with no heat. Obviously that still doesn't mean that its your fault, just you should if kept that in mind.

it was kept in mind. i'd seen him buying and selling on this forum before, and i knew the cards he was selling were bought from other HF members a few months ago.

dang super thread lol thats kinda harsh but hope it works out

doubtful. cwaffles' background check on the guy shows that he's done this on ebay, overclock, and swappa, and buyers weren't getting their money back until they filed complaints with paypal/their cc companies.

it's no wonder he only accepted google wallet or bitcoin here.

He has heatware, with vouches from decent members. Profile

He has only 2 positive heat, and both were recently, and both were from deals where he was the buyer, not the seller. Big red flag there.

Coincidentally, his negative ebay feedback were from buyers as well.

Paypal dispute? It seems you'll be learning an expensive lesson soon. Good luck.

he didn't have a paypal account, it was probably closed because of all the chargebacks/complaints. as user madgun said, JedixJarf told him it was "not possible" when asked to provide his paypal info. JJ also ceased communication with him after this thread was mentioned.

I got to say, we see this all the time. When all the signs point to a shitty seller, with no PP, and then you go through with it, I think you have what's coming to you. Reviews are there for a reason, Paypal disputes are there for a reason. If you ignore the signs, I can only shake my head.

It's shitty, no doubt. Sorry for your loss. Better luck next time. Maybe you will do the research and listen to the signs next time.

Sorry for your loss man . . . but it why most of us buyers /sellers force credible heatware over 10 or more. Hard Lesson Learned, but Ive come across many Fugazi's Sellers in the forum and I back out at last moment and point out theyre foolish mistakes trying to con me.
