Im having a problem with my fan on my new card. money and job is tight ,dont want to be without a card for 2-3 weeks.any 3rd party cooling devices that might work? any good for cooling? prices? hard to install?

whats wrong with it? if its a new card, why not take it back to the store n get it swapped?

I bought it Online and and when i send it in i got NO pc for weeks till i get a new one. I dont have alot of money either right now to pay for shipping and other stuff...they should send me a new card first then i send old one back or damaged card.
