Sapphire 4870 512

I picked up the same card during black friday. It's amazing how quiet and cool the fan is. Great card, in fact I might pick up another for Crossfire.
 
Any of you have this problem???

i have the sapphire 4870 1gb hooked up with a dvi to vga converter on my sony hdtv .. The problem is whenever i turn off the tv my computer would hang, the 4870 fan would speed up and would show no signal available on the tv like there is nothing connected to it and will need a hard reboot.. This only happens when connected via the dvi to vga adapter...I tried it using the hdmi adapter and when i turn off the tv and turn it on again it would still be ok.. i tried different drivers.. It works fine when using my HIS 4850.. Anyone have this problem
