Are San Diego (non FX) chips multiplier unlocked?

Just lower Multi's just like all non FX A64's

ballistix.. it tops out somewhere around 250-260mhz at those timings

FX chips are the only line that will allow you to go higher with your multi. all other chips can go lower.
