Samsungs rma service

Not only that, like i said, it's amazing that urs died. These drives are the kings of reliablity. 3 years standard warranty while others are 1 year. These are quiet as hell, fast, and almost no heat. The Best choice for raid IMO.
How long did u have this drive? Did u punish it or just regular use?
If you could answer some of those questions, it would help me in deciding my next drive.

I've been running a few WD 80gb 8/mb (the earley batches) and they run pretty good. 2 years some months and still going strong. But seeing that more newer batches don't last as long.

well i bought them when they first came out with the 160s, i guess that would have been 5 or 6 months ago.
i formatted a couple of times, running raid, so regular use i guess.
my other one has been flawless, these drives are absolutly silent and very fast.
