Samsung Wins Appeal In Patent Dispute With Apple

A unanimous three-judge panel overturned a $120 million jury verdict against Samsung earlier today. Neither Apple nor Samsung commented on the decision.


The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., said Samsung Electronics Co Ltd did not infringe Apple's "quick links" patent, and that two other patents covering the iPhone's slide-to-unlock and auto-correct features were invalid. The court also said Apple was liable for infringing one of Samsung's patents.
 
Lol so does this actually mean the case is closed or will there be another season of "All my patents."?
 
thats what happens when you down follow the federal government rules . I believe this was done to put more pressure on apple to work with the fbi
 
Samsung and Apple put on a great show. An endless battle that will probably go on for another 100 years :D
