Anyone seen anything like this?

Working fine for a couple of years then all of a sudden.
 
Is it still covered under warranty? If so check with Samsung and possibly do an RMA. I know they had 3 year warranties on this model. I noticed your Cal State Northridge sticker and I'm near by. I have the exact same Samsung T240HD for sale, send me a private message if you're interested.

You also might want to try another DVI or VGA cable first for troubleshooting.
