I have it setup on pci-ex4 and here are my results on AS SSD Benchmark

Seq - READ: 2843.58MB/s - WRITE: 2408.94 MB/s
4K - READ: 58.20 MB/s - WRITE: 144.56MB/s
4K-64 - READ: 1294.21 MB/s - WRITE: 1342.61 MB/s
Acc.TIME 0.033ms - 0.132ms

Is 4K suppose to be that bad?

That's about what I get on mine using a number of different test platforms.
 
Yep. And instead of picking up a new monitor I got a new Vive Pro + wireless adapter + pro kit. No moar cords!
 
That looks pretty good to me. Make sure you benchmark it again in the future and see how it does. I'm done with Samsung EVO drives after this one. My 960 EVO has slowed 28% on the reads and 8% on the writes in 21 months. My several years old sata 850 pro can do better 4k reads at 33 MBps vs 30 mbps on the 960 EVO. They both have less than 6 TB written and are 500 GB models.
