OK, when are we going to see displays with this panel:
21" S-PVA Wide SXGA (1680x1050)
Contrast Ratio(typ.) 1,000:1
Brightness(cd/m2) 400
Response Time(ms at 25°C) 8ms
Viewing Angle(U/D/L/R) 89/89/89/89
specs

It's a 21". Samsung have mixed up the specs. Seems strange but look at the model: LTM210M2

It indicates that it is a 21" and it is clear from their overview page.

Yah, that's a mistake but the .27 dpi looks weird too.

Also, I am mainly waitng for this as i think their using this in their new 193P+ line.
LTM190E4

LTM190E4-L02 is the panel from the 193p (without plus) so the new 193p+ would probably just be LTM190E4-L02 with the electrical voltage regulating Magic Speed and will probably be named something like LTM190E4-L03.

I'm not sure but I could imagine it.

Why does it look weird? 20" widescreen LCDs such as Dell 2005FPW have a dot pitch of around .26. Since this panel is 1" bigger and has the same resolution, it has a slightly bigger dot pitch as well.

Ok, I thought .27 was reserved for 17 inch only. I have noticed that .27 does looks sharper.

Sharper than what? The smaller the dot pitch the smaller the pixel. Therefore, the smaller the dot pitch the shaper the image (generally). BTW, it's not dpi, its the physical size of the pixel.
