samsung lnb640 ghosting

ok my old sony 40 1080P tv form 3 or 4 years ago died was a good set never had problems whit it. so last week i picked up a 40 ln640 form bb and the ghosting is very very bad. if i drag note pad across the screen it trails about 2 in if i drag it fast across it leaves pieces so to speak where the back 1/3 of so of note pad stays on the screen for a sec then catches up never seen ghosting this bad before. if i even scroll down on web pages slowly i cant read the text. i tried turning on game mode on and off changing to another hdmi port turning on and off the 120hz thing noting helps. gpu hd4870 set to 1920X1080 60hz and it as bad on my 360 to. is there any way to fix this? could i just have a bad set or are all the 640 like this?
should i take it back to bb and get a new tv? my old sony was 6ms and this one is 4ms and it is 10X as bad

I have a LN52A650 and it is nothing like that. Use a DVI to HDMI cable and connect it to the input that is labeld HDMI/DVI (should be HDMI 2 or 3) make sure it is named PC. This puts the TV into game mode which bypasses all of the 120Hz processing.

and i tried the hdmi1/div named pc thing still does it hell i even noticed it watching blu ray movies when people run they have a trail behind them, and on the saint game the dam ball had a trail behind it

Bump any ideas? Is it just my tv? are all the ln b640 like this? Are there any tricks I can try? I head some thing about some adv options though some key combination or some thing.

ok i think im bring this set back i tried every thign i can think of to fix it whit no luck. whats a good tv to replace this whit?
needs to be in the 40 range, no trails when theirs some thing black on the screen, and good PQ

whats the best tv for under 1500?
