Samsung LCD RMA Process?

I was interested in purchasing a Samsung 214T LCD monitor, online. The only thing I have been wondering about is, what is their RMA process like? Have any of you Samsung users ever had a problem with your LCD? If so, if I need to RMA the monitor for whatever reason, would I need to pay for shipping (unlike Dell, who provide a shipping label), and from in the US, where would I need to ship the monitor to?

The only reason I am now considering a Samsung, versus a Dell (2005, or 2405) is because of the higher contrast ratios, and slightly quicker response times the 214 has to offer. I was looking in them at BestBuy today, and the 214T does stand out compared to the others they had on display.
