Samsung F2380

Hello!
I am currently owner of AOC 916Swa. And I am looking into purchasing a new LCD with a non-TN matrix because of the viewing angle. I use computer mainly for programming, secondly for watching HD movies and thirdly playing games mostly strategy.

Watching HD movies is the main reason I want to go the route of non-TN matrix. Because my bed is about 48cm in height and the desk is about 77cm in height so the vertical viewing angle is very important to me.

1.Will the F2380 be good monitor for my needs, consider that I am a student so cash is scarce?
2.My current monitor AOC 916Swa has 5ms but the Samsung F2380 has 8ms access time. Does this mean that playing games will be worse on the Samsung than it is on AOC?
3.In which why if any will the new Samsung F2380 be inferior to AOC 916Swa LCD.

Thx for the review. I haven't seen the one from PRAD. I guess after reading reviews of the F2380, it does not justify a 50€ price increase over Dell 2209WA. DO you agree?

Yes get the Dell.
F2380 will be losing darker tones in movies.

Dell is a no go for me since. I want at least 23" with a resolution 1920 which should last me for about 3 years. Else there is not much of an improvement over my current display of 19".

You could get the samsung F2380M which is an upgraded version of the F2380
