Samsung Data Migration alignment?

I will be buying a 840 Pro tomorrow. I will be using Samsung Data Migration software to move my OS to the SSD from my HDD. I am wondering if Samsung Data Migration software takes care of the alignment automatically as well or if I have to take other steps for that. Thanks for all y'all's help.
 
Just installed an 840 Evo, cloned my old RAID array (after cleaning it down to below Evo capacity). I used Data Migration/cloning and it's aligned (evenly divisible by 4096) just fine. And I'm loving it.
