I noticed my Samsung 950 Pro NVME gets up to around 60C+ when I'm gaming. Should I be concerned?
 
mien has reach 76C IIRC and still works. It happens when my GPU is set to auto fan and the fan doesn't turn on very high becuase GPU is cool but 950pro is sitting in stale heat from GPU. It happens when I game and forget to turn fan to fixed 70% speed
 
the new 960 pro and evos run cooler, at some point will switch over.
 
It won't die but you should probably try to move it to a different location in the case. I have my SSD behind the front intake fan, sitting at a comfortable 31C.
