I notice the big difference between these monitors is that one is TFT/TN and the other is TFT/PVA LCD. What is this difference.
 
TN Panels have poor viewing angles, low contrast, but they also have the fastest response time unfortunately they sacrifice picture quality. PVA on the other hand have much better viewing angles, heigher contrast, and 24bit color but the have the slowest responce time unless you get one with overdrive technology. Although some people still see ghosting on those
