Yes, it's a TN panel. Avoid it if you can. The only advantage would be no lag, but if you're sensitive to lag, spend a bit more on the 23" Apple Cinema Display. Otherwise, get something else, anything else.

No, it's a glossy bezel, like on the 226BW.

Is there any proof that it is a TN panel other than viewing angle? Not saying you are lying but, samsungs site doesn't say what type of panel nor does newegg.

All of their B models have TN panels, while all of their T models have PVA panels.

I don't get why they don't release a 24" panel that has the bezel design of the 226BW, I think it would be wildly popular.
