Samsung 244T?

I might have the chance to trade my 37" 720p Syntax lcd for a Samsung 244T. This would be paired with my 24" Soyo.

I'll be running a Xbox 360 and Wii to the 244T and a PS3 into the Soyo since the 244T doesn't have HDMI. Of course I'll have PC output running to both. I'll be picking up a tv tuner as well since the 244T doesn't have one built in.

Comments? Good deal? I ran a search for 244T but I didn't see anything stand out.

edit: found the official thread, going through it now.

edit 2: forget it, I realized my Soyo doesn't have HDMI.
