That looks like an awesome deal...
If it weren't a rebate thing. If you actually recieve it that would be great but I've personally had a less than 50% success rate and the fastest return was still nearly 2 months and longest was over 6 months.

Oh sheesh.....I just bought the thing two weeks ago! For $100 more. Maybe I can horn in on this.

damn i wonder if fry's will let me price match it. That's one hell of a deal.

Well, I'm glad I read this thread. I bought my 215tw exactly two weeks ago (the return period at OD) and while the store I bought the panel from wouldn't credit me the closeout price ($399) another OD did. It was the right thing for them to do. So.......$399 closeout price -$100 mail in rebate gets me this gem for $299.

great monitor - I want one more for dual screen multi tasking - or maybe I'll just get two of the samsung 22" lcds

Tried to get this in N. VA over the weekend--shows "low stock" on every store, and then won't let you add it to the cart. Do they have them if you just show up at a B&M store?

Just call around to the local ODs....have the SKU in hand (585023). It's $399 retail and you still get the $100 mail-in rebate. If I were you and can find a store that still has one, I'd try to knock it down further. They want to clear their stock in favor of the new monitors.

Just picked up the last one from the Office Depot at the corner of Sheridan and Eggert here in Buffalo. The deal is on for anyone who is interested, check out your local brick and morar store!

Now to decide if i want to keep it, or go for a VX2025WM instead...
