Samsung 172x or 710t?

i have a 712 (almost the same as the 710 series, i just got mine from circuit city) that i got for $400 before rebates and stuff and i love it. the panels on the 172x and 710s/712s are the same, the only difference is the casing. if the silver looks and adjustable height are worth the extra cash, go for it... to me, i'm more than pleased with mine... looks great, and plays games and movies without a hitch
 
I like the 710T better, It looks bgetter than most people think. It looks as if it is suspended in air and its adjustable hight The 172x is very low
