Same Units?

I woke this morning to find that two units I have are the possibly the same. Both have the same number of points and the same number of frames and the same name (p1136_p1130_L939_K12M_355K). Both were got at different times - one has just started and the other is about to finish. Is this the same unit? Is there any way of telling?

check run, clone and gen # in fahlog.txt

If you have EM3 it lets you know. Technically they are the same protein but a different simulation.

I guess that is what it is. In the FAHlog.txt's I have:

[16:24:40] " 393 p1136_p1130_L939_K12M_355K
[16:24:40] 1 N -14.205439 23.326941 9.7317..."

in one and

[02:59:40] " 393 p1136_p1130_L939_K12M_355K
[02:59:40] 1 N -23.788648 -43.290504 -18.7901..."

in the other.

You also need to keep in mind that one protein doesn’t get folded just once. They are recycled back through the system several times for checking. I want to tell you it’s 7 times but I really forget the exact number.

The idea is if it gives the same result X times it’s right, or it’s assumed the simulation worked properly.

Redundancy makes it all work..gotta love science ;)

This what is ment by run, gen, clone.

The red is run, gen, clone.
Blue is your project.
I colored these items myself (im sure you knew that) just to make they stand out.
Good luck!

Thanks xENo!!!

Okay. The blocks have finished so I can't check it but I will take your word for it:)
