Trying to set my Htpc up and have a few quick questions on Software configuration...

How on earth do you disable the Timeshifting / Pause Rewind function in SageTV? Also anyone have any recommendations on decoders and settings to clean up my input signal ? Im running an ati x800xl AIW and wondering what decoders and settings to use to get the best results... I feel that the capture quality looks much better in ATI MMC than in SageTV so Im guessing Ive got it set up wrong
 
Well, I'm not familiar with the AIW cards but I will comment on your SageTV question.

There is no way to disable the timeshifting of the software. That is the nature of the beast for a PVR app like SageTV or BeyondTV. They are just designed that way.
