corsair ddr400 vs512mb400 64x64 2.5volt supported

I am wondering what safe voltages are for this ram when overclocking.
 
i wouldn't go over 2.8v
though always, when testing, feel the heatspeader and see if the sticks are hot to the touch. if they're just moderately warm, it's fine, but as soon as it starts to hurt, back it down :eek:
