safe overclock

i hava a low end xmdia ddr2 6500 its not all that but it gets the job done i desided to overclock it and it did better than i thought. my friend has a ddr version and it cant go over 420core/800mem but mine after screwing around with the settings i got it to 450core/900mem it made a big difference i got 2000points on 3d mark03 at stock now i get 3000 is it safe to keep these setting.I attached a fan so it idles at38c and at fulload it is at 52 i dont know how to upload a pick on this site from my documents so if anyone needs me to prove my overclock i will send my 3d mark scores and my overclocking screen shots to ur email

as long as it is stable.
