Safe mem voltage DDR2

The stock voltage for my memory is something like 1.8. What should I not go near when raising the voltage for DDR2? I am pretty familiar with DDR, not DDR2.
 
I don't personally have any ddrII, but I think 2.1-2.2V is a typical "high" vdimm for them. I'm not sure of any boards that allow vdimm's above 2.2V
