I picked up a P4 2.4a a few days ago, I can hit 3Ghz/166 fsb easily with a slight Voltage tweak setting volatge to 1.4125. I've also hit 3.24/180 fsb but not completely stable at the same 1.4125 voltage. I was wondering what's considered a safe max voltage for this CPU on air cooling. I was also wondering what's the max safe volatge for watercooling or phase change cooling. I have a Swiftech 462U waterblock that I could dust off and I have a Prometeia system that I need to get fixed up. Thanks for any and all input.
