Safe dram voltage?

Usually the max safe voltage is right there at 1.45 to 1.5 but it depends on your specific modules.
 
Safe meaning won't blow up your house? Or safe meaning you can use it but it won't wear out faster than it otherwise would at stock volts / settings?

Yes to the former and No to the latter. But this is [H] so no one cares about the latter, right?
