Hey guys, I've been messing around with this problem all morning and last night.
Just built this rig and at first had a dram problem but thats set now

I currently do not have a dvd drive and am trying to instal win7 off a usb

At first I could get to the part where you install and create partitions and it would say it couldnt create something see the setup log files.

Now I'm a step backwards and its saying a CD/DVD driver is missing and then the installation won't continue until I locate said driver.

I've tried another copy of 7 (Win7 black plat) If needed I could try to remount it to the drive

ive changed from raid to IDE Ill just raid later
Ive tried a single drive
both drives are (unallocated) no partitions
I'm using a usb 2,0, I also have a 3.0

I'm unsure if i need to change any bios settings for this to work
I also have paragon if that helps anyone

I'd say try pulling down a new ISO image and try a different USB drive as well

Yeah the os I had was 7.9gb
Grabbing a 4.1 and ganna try both my Corsair flash voyager 30gb 3.0 first, if no go, ill try the pny 16gb 2.0

Something interesting, when i was putting the ISO on the flash drives, both said failed near the end that there wasnt enough disk space when there clearly was. I'm using YUMI 1.9.9.9 for the iso to usb transfer

Any thoughts on other software for this?

--update

Think I got it, the OS wasn't mounting properly, i rechecked it and it downloaded .01% and now it mounts properly, copying to usb to see if this fixes the issue.
And just learned FAT32 can't hold over 4gb, needed to format to NTFS for the ISO to USB
