If you have confirmed that the fans are spinning at normal speed upon boot and its just slowing down below the error message threshold at post, disable the warning in your BIOS. I had to do that with a Thermalright True Spirit 140 who's fan would stop for a few seconds right before post (and then spin up to normal at boot).
