As I'm sure owners know, Tyan's beep codes page for this board is more useful as toilet paper than in the manual.

Box was working JUST fine earlier tonight. Installed Win2K after finding a bad DVD-ROM and pulling it, rock stable, installed all the drivers with no issues.

So I restart for Windows Update, and I've got 1-1-1-1. Otay, AGP. So, this is an S2462UGN. (Adaptec 7988/ATI RageXL/3Com.) So I pull the Ti4200, enable the RageXL. 1-1-1-1. Okay, it's just being stupid. Clear CMOS. No go. Pull all power. Readd power. No go. Clear CMOS. No go. Pull all cards (Ti4200, Adaptec 2100S,) same thing. Clear CMOS 20 times figuring it's a CMOS glitch again. No go. Lather rinse repeat all motherfucking night.

I am goddamned stumped. I've enabled and disabled every single component on this system that I can six times over. Reseated memory. Swapped memory. Swapped CPUs. Tried one CPU. Tried no CPUs. Everything produces 1-1-1-1. Even when it shouldn't. I am completely stumped.

PSU is an NMB 460W that weighs more than most cases with PSUs (double 12V rails.) Dual Athlon MP 1200's and 1600's tried. Only things in it are an Adaptec 2100S and a Ti4200.

Any suggestions? Those saying 'RMA' will be shot; Tyan wants more to tell me they can't fix it than a new board would cost. (If this board hadn't been free, I wouldn't have taken it, either. These have always been trouble.)
